About Me

My photo
We were introduced through friends and started talking in June 2001 when AOL instant messenger was big. I needed a dress for the Debutantes of Monroe Summer Gala that I was apart of. He ended up going with me to David's Bridal and it was very akward going into a bridal store being that it was our first outting. Days, weeks and months passed and finally February 18, 2002 is when it was official that "we were an item". We have a strong and committed love for each other. After many years and many family and friends would ask "When yall getting married?", he finally popped the question in my daddy's office on Thursday July 5, 2007. Since then we have been planning a wedding that will take place at my church I attend in Good Hope - Harmony Baptist Church on March 8, 2008. We bought a house and closed on October 30, 2007. Its a process to make it "Home Sweet Home" and it will not happen over night ... this will take time.

Hand me down Toys ....

Friday night, my niece Tatum spent the night with me so I could keep her for Robin on Saturday while she played a tennis match. Jamie, Cameryn, Tatum & I planned to hang out by the pool for the day anyways so it worked out good that the lil' ones had each other to play with. While we were waiting for the sun to come out mid morning, Tatum & Cameryn decide to be "Lil' Fireman" at my house. They ran around the house yelling "I am a firefighter, I am a firefighter" ... it was the cutest lil' things!

Saturday was a day in the sun for some of my family. Mom & Dad were busy doing things on the farm. We were all out by the pool having a good time when my parents & Robin decided to join us with a toy that was bought for my older sister Joni when she was young (maybe 4). Joni will be 28 in October! This horse is still kickin'. Tatum & Cameryn took turns throughout the day riding the horse. Its so awesome to see that my parents have kept this for so many years. The tennis balls are updated safety percautions.

Just remember - those toys you are throwing out could be played with by other children! There your saving money and its almost considered an antique!
